This is where
depth begins.
Somatic depth therapy for high-achieving adults ready to stop managing their inner life and finally tend to it. Serving New York and California residents virtually.
Everything offered here lives inside the same belief that healing doesn't have to be fragmented just because the systems around you were. Whether you're coming for therapy, a somatic experience, an immigration evaluation, or professional consultation, you'll find the same depth, the same cultural attunement, and the same compassionate care.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in New York #094375 & California #120859.
I provide virtual telehealth services through Simple Practice, a secure, HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform. Telehealth is offered because it is most accessible to folx with a diverse range of needs. Telehealth also allows me to engage in this work more sustainably, given being licensed in two states.
Should I be in New York or California with an office available I will plan accordingly for a hybrid session.
Due to state licensure regulations, I cannot offer therapy to those outside of these states. If you are looking for a mental health provider please check out vetted list servers in our resource page.

Yes! I am currently paneled Optum United Health Care and Oxford Health Insurance in the state of New York.
If you do not have any of these insurances listed about I am experienced and happy to provide statements for insurance reimbursement (aka "super bills"). I recommend contacting your insurance provider and inquiring about your "out-of-network mental health" coverage to know your options. If you need a superbill for reimbursement from your health insurance, we will provide it (generally, within 72 hours of the request).
Out of network Questions:
I can provide a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Call the number on the back of your insurance card and access the customer service number. Here are questions to ask your insurance provider:
Do I have out-of-network mental health benefits?
What is my out-of-network deductible and how much has been met?
What percentage is reimbursed once the deductible is met?
Is there a cap on therapy sessions per year?
What documents are required for reimbursement?

Together we choose a day and time that we can meet weekly. I recommend weekly scheduling because we are building a foundation of trust that feel authentically aligned to your goals and what is bringing on your healing journey. I’m also happy to meet you where you at by offering bi-weekly scheduling after the first month of weekly sessions.
I understand it is not always possible with inconsistent schedules. If that’s the case, we can talk about it early on—it does not need to be a barrier to therapy. In the event it does, I will provide referrals that suite the needs of what you are looking for.

the playlist
One of my grounding joys is connecting through music. From time to time, I share selections from the soundscape that’s been supporting my own nervous system and creative work.
These are steady, soulful tracks, raw in the right places, soothing without being numbingoften on rotation for community who think deeply, feel a lot, and move through the world with intention. Take what resonates. Let the rest pass.
