With extensive experience working with young adults, professionals, and leaders, I bring deep expertise in leadership development, workplace dynamics, race and racism, clinical development, trauma-informed care, communication, and conflict resolution. Trained through AORTA Freedom Fundamentals, I specialize in principled disagreement and Embodied Conflict Resolution with Kai Cheng Thom through Embody Lab. I’ve refined my skills in content design and accessibility practices through Training for Change, and my leadership management training via The Management Center allows me to create and deliver impactful, transformative workshops that address complex workplace and interpersonal challenges.

  • Race-Based Stress and Trauma in the Workplace: Addressing the psychological impact of racial trauma on Black, Indigenous, and People of Color (BIPOC) in professional spaces, with a focus on promoting psychological safety and healing.

  • 4 I’s of Oppression: A 3-hour workshop that offers psychoeducation on systemic oppression and internalized oppression, adaptable for diverse audiences including youth, college students, and working professionals.

  • Location of Self (LOS): A reflective process for therapists to explore and disclose their intersecting identities to foster deeper, more meaningful connections with clients.

  • Healthy Relationships: A workshop designed to help participants cultivate reciprocal relationships, with an emphasis on boundaries, communication, feedback, and consensual non-monogamy.
