As a dually licensed clinical social worker in California and New York, I offer comprehensive immigration mental health evaluations for:

VAWA, U-Visa, T-Visa, Asylum, and Extreme Hardship Waivers.

These evaluations are a critical component of your legal case as recommended by your attorney. Together with your attorney, I ensure that your immigration mental health evaluation is crafted with clinical expertise capturing the emotional and psychological impact of your lived experience with accuracy, objectivity and respect.

The Process

  • Schedule a consultation

    I offer a free 20-minute consultation call to explore your needs and determine if we’re a good fit.

    During this call, we’ll discuss your immigration case and walk through the next steps.

    If we decide to move forward, your evaluation interview will typically be scheduled depending on availability and your legal timeline.

    Expedited scheduling may be available for urgent legal deadlines. please mention this during your consultation call.

  • Fees & Payment

    VAWA, U-VISA, Asylum, T-VISA, Extreme Hardship:

    $1,000-1,500 depending on the complexity of your filing as directed by lawyer.

    Please note we require a non-refundable $300 deposit, during the time initial paperwork has been sent you.

    Payment plans are available, with final reports released once the balance is paid in full.

    We offer rush services at an additional fee 7 business day return.

  • The Interview Process

    Your story deserves time and care. This interview may take place in one 2.5 to 3-hour session or be divided into two 1.5-hour sessions, depending on what feels most supportive for you.


    Together, we’ll move through a series of guided and necessary questions that help illuminate your history, current symptoms, and gathering as much detail for the purpose of your application.

    Please note that this report may include diagnostic information as part of my assessment. During our consultation and throughout our time together I am more than happy to explain why diagnostic information needs to be included in the report if you have any questions.

  • The Written Report

    After the interview is complete, I will provide your comprehensive mental health evaluation report within 10-14 business days, sent securely to your legal team or directly to you if you’re self-represented.


    Expedited reports are available upon request for an additional fee and are dependent on therapist availability—please share your legal timeline at the time of booking.
